Nordisk Büro gave a speech on Real Estate Marketing at Asia's most important exchange platform for Design. Lorenzo Bizzi, Frank Lottermann und Ulf Appel talked with designers, experts of marketing and developers of estate projects about the factors of success. The attendees showed great interest in the consideration when it can be smart to market a property with help of fashion shows and why at other points a marketing based on facts leads to success.
Concluding the three managers of Nordisk Büro gave a fascinating outlook on the upcoming trends in Design and Real Estate Marketing.
The BODW - Business of Design Week - is Asia's most important meeting place for leading designers and innovative thinkers. Since 2002 the BODW takes place in Hong Kong and affords the opportunity for inspring dialogues through numbers of forums, seminars and exhibitions of the individual countries, brands and designers.
With the slogan "Brand New Germany" Germany was introduced as the official partnering country of the 9th BODW. Germany as the home of innovative designs and attractive brands met ambitious designers in Asia.
The lists of speakers looks like the who's who of the design sector: Dieter Rams, Erik Spiekermann, Stefan Diez (e15), Stefan Sielaff (Head of Audi Design), Adrian van Hooydonk (BMW Group Design), Roland Heiler (Porsche Design Studio).
